Opportunity description

This is a framework agreement pursuant to Section 4a EU VOB/A. This means that the conditions for individual contracts are to be established within the term of the framework agreement. This concerns, in particular, the proposed prices. The framework agreement will be concluded with one company. The proposed contract volume was determined as precisely as possible but will not be definitively established. There is no entitlement to complete performance of the services according to the bill of quantities. The scope of services may increase considerably for individual items, but may also be omitted entirely. It is planned to carry out up to five individual measures during the initial term (09.11.2026 – 31.12.2027) in the form of spatially delimited, contiguous road sections. For calculation purposes, at least 3 individual contracts may be assumed. These are already specifically known and concern the following road sections: L 3080 Nordhausen - Bielen vNK 4530 014 nNK 4531 049Y L 3080 Bielen - AS Heringen vNK 4530 014 nNK 4531 049Y L 3080 AS Heringen - Urbach VnK 4531 049X nNK 4531 012 The quantities specified in the bill of quantities are based on empirical values from comparable measures and constitute non-binding estimated quantities. They are used exclusively for calculating the tenders. In the event of a contract extension (pursuant to point 5.1.1 Options), it may be assumed that at least 1 and no more than 3 individual measures will be commissioned per extension year. The rehabilitation will essentially be carried out by constructing new bituminous roadway structures. Depending on the respective damage pattern, the scope of rehabilitation ranges from the renewal of individual asphalt layers to the complete renewal of the pavement structure, including the base, binder and surface courses. The required breakout or milling depths may range from 4 cm to approx. 25 cm and will be determined by the contracting authority on a case-by-case basis. Procedure: open.
