II.2.4) Description of the procurement: (Nature and scope of the works, supplies or services or indication of needs and requirements) The overall construction project for the replacement construction of the Techow Bridge comprises the following services in Parts 1 to 5. Service parts of the overall construction project: • Part 1 – WNA replacement construction of the Techow Bridge (Techow Bridge for short) • Part 2 – Deutsche Telekom Technik GmbH (Telekom for short) • Part 3 – Stromnetz Berlin GmbH (Stromnetz for short) • Part 4 – 1&1 Versatel Deutschland GmbH (1u1 for short) • Part 5 – GB infraSignal GmbH (infraSignal for short) Services to be performed: The project comprises the following services: • Site setup • Technical processing • Traffic management with diversion route • Traffic safety measures on the road and waterway sides • Explosive ordnance survey and, if necessary, clearance • Preparatory measures and temporary construction works • Dismantling / demolition of the existing structure • Earthworks and ground improvement with excavations • Landscaping works with grass seeding and compensatory measures • Maintenance measures for plantings • Utility construction works for the utility operators • Utility construction works for the WSA • Preparatory utility construction works for the bridge lighting • Reinforced concrete works for foundations, abutments, wings, roadway slab, approach slabs • Steel construction works for the superstructure, bearings, railings, protection against unauthorized access • Corrosion protection works for all steel components • Vertical and horizontal structural waterproofing • Construction of structural joints • Surface protection by means of anti-graffiti coating • Bearings and expansion joints • Structure drainage with drains and collector pipe • Drainage facilities outside the structure • Backfilling of excavations, earthworks • Construction of the embankment stairs and embankment stabilization • Street lighting • Measuring bolts • Road construction works on the structure with asphalt surfacing of the roadway and sidewalks • Road construction works outside the structure with asphalt surfacing as well as paving and marking • Dismantling of the diversion route • Removal of the traffic safety installations • Site clearance Procedure: open.
