The area of Farmsen Underground Station with the intersections August-Krogmann-Straße/Am Luisenhof and August-Krogmann-Straße/Berner Heerweg/Rahlstedter Weg, whose fundamental refurbishment and redesign are being tendered here, forms the central hub of Metrobus route 26 (MB26). It also connects the districts of Steilshoop to the west, Wellingsbüttel to the northwest and Rahlstedt to the east as an important part of the main road network. In parallel with this tender, the lots for gardening and landscaping (plantings) (specialist lots 1 & 2) and construction of a barrier-free ramp, including retaining walls at the southeastern underground station exit (construction lot 2), are being tendered.
