Framework agreement for the supply of traffic signs. The framework agreement has a term of one year. The term is automatically extended by a further 12 months unless the contracting authority objects to the extension no later than three months before the expiry of the initial contract term. Supply of traffic signs. The traffic signs consist of 2 mm thick aluminum sheet or equivalent, provided that they comply with the framework conditions defined by the Gütegemeinschaft. Where other sheet thicknesses are required, this is indicated in the corresponding items of the bill of quantities. Form and size in accordance with the latest versions of the StVO, VwV-StVO, VzKat and the applicable ZTV VZ, M LV and TLP VZ. Advance direction signs, arrow direction signs and tabular direction signs must comply with the RWB. All traffic signs must bear on the reverse side the RAL quality mark with the identification number of the Güteschutzgemeinschaft e.V. and the CE marking with extension, as well as the ownership notice "Stadt Essen Amt für Straßen und Verkehr" and the month and year of delivery, in a weather-resistant design. The holes in all traffic signs, except advance direction signs, arrow direction signs and tabular direction signs, are 7 mm Ø. The perforation shall be carried out in accordance with the IVZ standard, hole pattern I, hole spacing 70 mm. The quantities listed in the bill of quantities have been estimated approximately based on empirical values. They correspond to the quantities called off on average each year. They may be exceeded or fallen short of. No claims may be asserted if not all of the advertised quantities are purchased. At the same time, it is stipulated that the difference between the estimated quantity and the called-off quantity of the materials of the individual persons may not exceed 100 percent. The materials are called off in partial quantities, the volume of which does not necessarily constitute complete truckloads. Individual orders are issued for these partial quantities. Delivery must take place no later than 30 working days after prior order placement by telephone or in writing. The delivery time must be strictly observed.
