Supply of a multi-purpose implement carrier including attachments The subject of the invitation to tender is the supply of a new multi-purpose implement carrier for year-round use in road maintenance operations, including the attachments and mounted equipment intended for this purpose. The scope of supply comprises a multi-purpose implement carrier including a mounted spreader with a pre-wetted salt system, multi-blade snowplough, front combination mowing unit, and delineator cleaning unit. The multi-purpose implement carrier is intended in particular for winter maintenance services and for operating various municipal implements. The vehicle must be technically coordinated with the tendered attachments and mounted equipment and must also be suitable for the continued use of the contracting authority’s existing implements. The mounted spreader must be designed as an approximately 4.0 m3 pre-wetted salt spreading machine for winter maintenance services. The snowplough is intended for use within and outside built-up areas. The front combination mowing unit consists of a verge mowing unit and a front boom mower, each with a flail mowing head, and must be designed for one-person operation and right- and left-hand operation. The mowing unit will be delivered, installed, commissioned, and accepted separately in March 2028. The delineator cleaning unit is intended for the mechanical cleaning of delineators during ongoing road maintenance operations and must be fully compatible with the tendered carrier vehicle. In each case, the scope of services includes the required installation, commissioning, functional testing, instruction, and handover of the required technical documents and evidence.
