BVD New Living GmbH & Co. KG intends to carry out road repair works in the new "Ludwigshöhviertel" residential area in the south of the Darmstadt urban area, on the former barracks site of the Cambrai-Fritsch Barracks and the Jefferson Settlement. The traffic areas in the residential area are paved and bordered by high, rounded and flush kerbs or a swale channel. Along the sides of the road are tree beds bordered by kerbstones. The construction project comprises various repair works within the road space: - Replacement of damaged or permanently soiled, in some cases individual, high, rounded and flush kerbs in straight and curved sections - Replacement of damaged or permanently soiled, in some cases individual, paving stones and tactile guidance slabs for the blind - Restoration of tree beds bordered by kerbstones with inlet plates - Replacement of street furniture elements such as bollards, granite steles and bicycle stands - Small-area repairs to damaged high, rounded and flush kerbs using mortar - Installation of tactile guidance slabs for the blind in paved areas The repairs will take place in 5 separate subareas and can be carried out independently of one another. The total area of these subareas is approximately 11,000 m². The work is small-scale and will be carried out within the publicly dedicated road space. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 200,000 EUR.
