The City of Ibbenbüren is planning the construction of a new secondary school and a 5-court sports hall at the education site between Wilhelmstraße and Ledder Straße. The City hereby invites tenders for the roofing work for the construction of the new sports hall. The required work essentially comprises - approx. 50m² floor waterproofing - approx. 260m² trapezoidal sheet metal work - approx. 4,100m² flat roof waterproofing incl. insulation and drainage - approx. 3360m² green roof incl. PV substructure - approx. 165m fall-protection railing - approx. 420m parapet sheet metal - approx. 10 roof hoods, some as RWA¿s The Johannes-Kepler-Gymnasium incl. 3-court sports hall is located in the north of the site on Wilhelmstraße. Adjoining it to the south are the Erna-de-Fries comprehensive school and the Sporthalle Ost (3-court). The location of the two new buildings in the south of the existing campus site completes it in urban-development terms as a functional and future-oriented school, sports and cultural site (Scheune cultural and youth center, Hof Bögel-Windmeyer, climbing forest, Heimathaus, Sportzentrum Ost). Embedded in the green, topographically shaped surroundings, the replacement construction of the sports and multipurpose hall forms the southern structural boundary of the campus site, with a direct connection to the Aasee. The new sports hall is positioned in the south of the property and, together with the new secondary school, completes the school complex as a functional and future-oriented campus.
