The City of Ibbenbüren is planning the new construction of a Hauptschule and a 5-court sports hall at the educational site between Wilhelmstraße and Ledder Straße. The City hereby invites tenders for the roofing work for the new construction of the Hauptschule. The required work essentially comprises - approx. 2200m² floor waterproofing - approx. 300m² trapezoidal sheet metal work - approx. 2,200m² flat-roof waterproofing incl. insulation and drainage - approx. 1800m² green roof incl. PV substructure - approx. 10 roof hoods, some as smoke and heat exhaust systems - approx. 370m parapet coping During execution, the requirements of the DGNB certification for this construction project must be taken into account and complied with; this includes in particular aspects of resource efficiency, emissions reduction, occupational safety, and the corresponding documentation obligations.
