The building will be constructed as a single-story new solid-construction building. The ceilings above the equipment room wing and above the changing room wing are to be constructed as as prefabricated large-area slabs with a concrete topping. The sports hall roof will be constructed using a steel truss-girder construction with trapezoidal sheet-metal roofing. The lower section of the façade will be fitted with facing masonry, and the upper section of the sports hall with a ventilated façade made of Trespa panels.
