Opportunity description
As part of the roofing and waterproofing works, the two flat-roof areas of the fire station building, with a total area of approximately 2,300 m², are to be permanently waterproofed and drained. The works comprise waterproofing the floor slab in the administrative and ancillary room area over an area of approximately 1,500 m², as well as constructing the vapor barrier, insulation, and waterproofing layers on the roof surfaces. For this purpose, approximately 1,457 m² on the single-story part of the building and approximately 848 m² on the vehicle hall will receive thermal insulation, tapered insulation, and two-layer bituminous waterproofing. In addition, all parapets, wall connections, roof-edge constructions, and aluminum wall copings, with a total length of around 325 m, are to be constructed. Roof drainage will be provided via a siphonic drainage system with primary and emergency drainage, including 24 roof drains, parapet drains, scuppers, and the required pipework and ventilation elements. In addition, waterproofing is to be carried out for plinths, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors, and all roof penetrations. The scope of work also includes the supply and installation of a flat-roof access hatch with fall protection, as well as a penetration-free fixed roof guardrail with a length of approximately 325 m. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 546,088.6 EUR. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
