The Kampnagel performance and events venue is to be modernized and expanded. There are currently already two building structures; the halls have up to 2 upper floors with a gross floor area of 15,673 m². The administration building comprises 5 upper floors with a gross floor area of 3,573 m². One of the new buildings is planned as a residential building. It comprises artists' residential units on 6 floors and has a gross floor area of 1,845 m². K7 is planned as a new building above the halls with a gross floor area of 7,606 m². It comprises 2 upper floors with double-height rooms and mezzanine floors in some areas. The bill of quantities includes roof sealing and plumbing work for the following parts of the building: - Building section 04 (K7), - Building section 01-S (hall - southern section). The roof sealing and plumbing work includes the following services: - Demolition work on existing areas, - Renovation of existing areas, - Construction of new roof area and sealing work, - Plumbing work. Main works: - Roof structure with EPS insulation, bituminous sealing approx. 1,400 m2, - Demolition and renovation of the existing roof areas with mineral wool insulation and FPO waterproofing membrane approx. 540 m2, Procedure: open.
