Structural alteration and energy-efficiency renovation of the Stadthalle Zeulenroda. Lot VE_307 Roof waterproofing and covering comprises the execution of the roof waterproofing, including vapor barrier, flat-roof and tapered insulation, waterproofing work on parapets and rising structural components, as well as work on skylights, glass roofs and smoke and heat exhaust elements. In addition, sheet-metal work such as drainage, parapet coverings and roof penetrations will be carried out. Scope of work: - approx. 1500m² flat roof with mineral wool thermal insulation and 2-layer bituminous waterproofing - approx. 1500m² extensive green roof - 5 skylight domes as smoke and heat exhaust roof openings - 2 smoke extraction elements of different sizes as roof openings - modular rooflight strip consisting of 12 modules, each 1m/2.2m - fall-protection systems as cable systems, approx. 350m - substructure for PV systems as a mounting system - approx. 91 units - Various sheet-metal work - Electrical pigeon deterrent system with approx. 220m of high-voltage cable - Maintenance work Special notes: - Inner-city development - The setup of the construction site must be coordinated with local conditions.
