Opportunity description

The construction site is located in the Berlin district of Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg, at the end of the Trebbiner Str. cul-de-sac, which serves as the public access road to the Technology Museum, on the grounds of the 'German Museum of Technology Berlin'. The following services are to be provided: Sanitary: The entire building services system of the old building section is to be renewed. The replacement of the entire sanitary installation in the building (old building) is planned, with the exception of the sanitary system used to supply the restaurant. Individual areas will remain as existing due to accessibility or allocation. Heating: In the WC areas, the existing cast-iron tubular radiators will be replaced with modern panel radiators, including replacement of the radiator valves. The pipe connections will be adapted. An automatic make-up water unit for the old building area will be installed in the basement. A heating line will be rerouted on the 5th floor. In the ventilation plant rooms, the heating circuits for the ventilation system will be renewed and connected to the new heating coils. Various fire protection deficiencies will be remedied.
