Brief description of sanitary works: Conversion of the sanitary installation. As part of the renovation and conversion of the Kunsthalle Kiel, the drinking water and wastewater supply networks throughout the entire building will be renewed. The existing installation, including sanitary fixtures and underground pipes, will be renewed. To supply the KG430 system technology (supply to the steam humidifiers), a demineralized water system will be provided in Central Plant Room 01, basement, room UG.043. All internal rainwater pipes will be renewed up to the connection to the underground pipe above the foundation slab. In the courtyard area, 2 new emergency drains with free discharge, routed through the façade to an open area, will be provided in the access area for heating room UG.042. All external rainwater pipes fall within the scope of the structural construction works. - Approx. 950m pressed stainless steel drinking water pipe - Approx. 500m polypropylene wastewater pipe with push-fit socket (PP pipe) - Approx. 240m rainwater pipe (SML / PE welded in storage areas) Procedure: open.
