The IGS Lindenau in Hanau is a cross-track (integrated) comprehensive school with an upper secondary grammar-school level. It is located on the outskirts of Hanau’s Großauheim district at Rue de Conflans 4. The school has so far been accommodated in five building structures on the school grounds. The IGS Lindenau is to be expanded into an eight-stream cross-track comprehensive school with a four-stream upper secondary grammar-school level. In order to meet the required space needs, an additional building structure is to be erected as a detached 3-storey extension. The main entrance faces the existing buildings. This invitation to tender includes the scaffolding works, consisting of detached façade scaffolding with ballasted bracing towers. Sections of the façade scaffolding are to be erected on roofs. Indoors, spatial scaffolding is to be erected in stairwells as well as mobile scaffolding. Scope of work, preparatory measure: - Structural engineering work 1 lump sum. - Shop and assembly planning for façade scaffolding 1 lump sum. Scope of work, detached façade scaffolding: - Façade scaffolding, metal scaffolding, SW09, LK 3 approx. 2,205 m²; - Façade scaffolding, metal scaffolding, on roof approx. 548 m²; - Bracing tower, 2-layer, approx. 19 units; - Bracing tower, 4-layer, approx. 10 units; - Bracing tower, 6-layer, approx. 24 units; - Protective covering, rubber granulate mats approx. 105 m²; - Internal scaffold widening, 0.36 m approx. 1,380 m; - Internal guardrail, 2-part, approx. 1,380 m; - Scaffold cladding with protective netting approx. 2,205 m².
