Germany – Scaffolding work – New construction of the fire station of the City of Rietberg - Scaffolding (external and internal)

Opportunity description

As part of the scaffolding work, all external and internal scaffolding required for the structural, façade, roofing and finishing works must be provided. For this purpose, an external working and protective scaffold of load class 4 with an area of approx. 1,988 m² will be erected along the entire building envelope. In addition, freestanding scaffolding sections in front of the hall doors, bracket scaffolding with a length of approx. 880 m, internal guardrails as fall protection, and platform stair towers as access to the work and roof areas must be constructed. For the clinker façades, an additional temporary rain roof structure with a length of approx. 125 m must be provided. Inside the vehicle hall, a freestanding working and protective scaffold with an area of approx. 1,310 m² must also be maintained for the execution of the interior finishing works. The services include structural planning, erection, modification and dismantling, provision throughout the entire construction period, as well as all necessary securing and adaptation measures.
