Germany – Scaffolding work – Conversion and renovation of former barracks building 4004 into a family center, Ludwigshöhviertel

Opportunity description

As part of a comprehensive renovation project, the listed building of the Ludwigshöhviertel family center will, among other things, receive a new exterior appearance. Approximately 1,200 m² of scaffolding will be erected for the replacement of the windows and exterior doors, repairs to the facade and roof, and the construction of an insertion opening in the roof area. The weather protection scaffold over the two insertion openings (each approximately 3x9 m) in the roof area is accessed via 3 stair towers and the roof safety scaffold. The scaffolding will be modified in consultation with the construction management. Inside the building, one spatial scaffold will be erected on the ground floor (large ceiling opening) and one in the roof truss for the interior finishing trades. The erection, modification, and dismantling of the scaffolding depend on construction progress and may be requested in consultation with the construction management.
