Opportunity description
The City of Salzgitter intends to award a contract for the digitization of building files of the Lower Building Supervisory Authority from the years 1990–1991, 1999–2011, and 2016–2018, as well as individual files from the years 1990–2023. The total volume of files to be digitized in two archive rooms comprises approximately 240 linear meters of paper files (approximately 16 m of binders (8 cm) and approximately 220 m of hanging files of widely varying sizes), with approximately 19,000 hanging files and binders and an estimated total volume of 1.2 million sheets. The proportion of technical drawings larger than DIN A3 is likely, when viewed as a whole, to amount to no more than approximately 2–3 drawings per file (roughly estimated average). The information is non-binding and does not establish any claim to completeness for the contractor. Procedure: open. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
