Around 430 linear meters of building files, which are currently stored in suspended filing systems, as well as around 190 linear meters of structural engineering documents in upright binders, are to be digitized. Ideally, the digitization process is also to be extended to the adjoining-property files. The adjoining-property files comprise around 38 linear meters and are stored in upright binders. The tendered contract will be awarded in the form of a framework agreement. The contracting authority undertakes, within 6 months after the award of the tendered framework agreement, to call off the tendered services for at least 400 linear meters of building files. No quantity beyond this can be guaranteed. If the tendered services are called off for additional quantities, each call-off will be made in tranches of at least 60 linear meters. As part of the digitization process, the requirements of the BSI TR-03138 RESISCAN, Version 5 dated 21.11.2024 must generally be complied with. Procedure: open.
