The required services comprise the production and provision of ready-to-eat meals primarily for pupils and other eligible recipients authorized by the contracting authority, as well as all associated services necessary for the management of the four cafeterias and the provision of lunches. The scope of the service comprises the preparation and serving of approximately 458 ready-to-eat lunches on approximately 152 catering days per year (Monday to Thursday in each case).
