Germany – School catering services – Operation of school canteens (delivery of Cook&Hold and ready-to-regenerate meals / mixed-kitchen concept) for the City of Pirmasens

Opportunity description

The required services comprise the production and provision of ready-to-eat meals for pupils, children of the day-care centre and other eligible recipients approved by the contracting authority, as well as all associated services required for the operation of the canteens at Wittelsbach Primary School / Wittelsbach Day-Care Centre (which share the canteen) and Horeb Primary School and for the provision of lunches. Approximately 340 meals per day are expected on a total of 152 days. The required services must be provided on school opening days from Monday to Thursday. Different conditions apply to Wittelsbach Day-Care Centre. Here, the required services must be provided on the day-care centre's opening days from Monday to Friday – this corresponds to approximately 220 catering days per year.
