The FHH - Finance Authority - as the contracting authority (AG) intends to conclude an indefinite-term contract for maintenance cleaning at the Gymnasium Rahlstedt property, Scharbeutzer Straße 36, 22147 Hamburg, starting on 02.11.2026. Maintenance cleaning (UHR) within the meaning of this procurement means the cleaning of the interior building surfaces and furnishings in accordance with the FHH's contractual cleaning plan. IT equipment is excluded from this. Dust and cobwebs must be removed up to a maximum ceiling height of 3.50 m. For cleaning work above 1.80 m, auxiliary equipment must be included in the planning where necessary.
