Opportunity description

The tender covers school catering services at the Wilhelm-Kraft Comprehensive School in Sprockhövel as well as at Hiddinghausen School and Kämpen School and essentially consists of the following individual services: • Provision of lunch catering using the Cook & Chill method • Administration of the ordering system at the above-mentioned schools as well as administration of the billing system with meal participants at the Wilhelm-Kraft Comprehensive School • Planning, production and preparation of meals for lunch catering at the aforementioned schools at the contractor's premises • Transport of the prepared meals to the aforementioned schools, including cleaning of the required transport containers (The regeneration and serving of the meals are carried out by the contracting authority.) • Disposal of food waste generated at the respective schools, including provision of the required waste containers in accordance with the respectively applicable legal and hygiene-related provisions The detailed service description is set out in Chapter 3.
