Waldbrunn "Conversion and Renovation of the Monastery Courtyard" - Cement screed - Terrazzo 2.2 Scope of work/Execution The work described below comprises the installation of a floating cement screed on wood-fiber insulation boards installed on site with integrated underfloor heating pipes, as well as, in large areas, an additional terrazzo concrete top layer. Work in the former residential building: - two-layer EPS insulation - impact sound insulation - by others: installation of an underfloor heating system consisting of wood-fiber insulation boards with integrated grooves and a laminated aluminum heat-conducting surface to accommodate underfloor heating pipes - separating layer of PE film - cement screed CT/C40 F6, suitable for accommodating area loads >= 5 kN/m² Work in the former barn and new building: - two-layer EPS insulation - impact sound insulation - by others: installation of an underfloor heating system consisting of wood-fiber insulation boards with integrated grooves and a laminated aluminum heat-conducting surface to accommodate underfloor heating pipes - separating layer of PE film - cement screed CT/C40 F6, suitable for accommodating area loads >=5 kN/m² - terrazzo screed as a 20 mm design screed layer, including all grinding operations and final treatment The installation must be calculated including all necessary connection elements and fasteners, even if these have not been listed in full and have only been mentioned on a lump-sum basis. The contractor must independently inspect the substrate and the structural conditions. If there are concerns regarding the work steps and specifications listed in the bill of quantities, these must be communicated immediately in writing. (see VOB, Part B). Procedure: open.
