Screed works during ongoing hospital operations The Pius Hospital Oldenburg is planning the "ZOP Restructuring" construction project as part of restructuring measures. The subject of the invitation to tender is screed works in the existing building during ongoing hospital operations. The works are to be carried out in 3 time periods in construction stage 3 (ground and 1st floors) and construction stage 4 (1st floor). Execution periods for partial services are as follows: The coordination meeting to be held in advance of commencing the services will take place around calendar week 37 of 2026 for construction stage 3. 1.) Ground floor I Construction stage 3 I Title 01.01: - Execution period: 3 working days - Currently planned start of execution: 19.10.2026 2.) 1st floor I Construction stage 3 I Title 01.02: - Execution period: 15 working days + screed inspection - Currently planned start of execution: 19.10.2026 The coordination meeting to be held in advance of commencing the services will take place around calendar week 31 of 2027 for construction stage 4. 3.) 1st floor I Construction stage 4 I Title 02.01: - Execution period: 5 working days + screed inspection - Currently planned start of execution: 13.09.2027 During execution of the construction project, the adjacent parts of the building will remain in operation. Execution may be interrupted due to hospital operations. Unhindered and continuous work is therefore not guaranteed. By submitting the tender, the tenderer confirms that it can respond flexibly to this construction schedule and that this will not result in any additional costs for the contracting authority.
