Opportunity description

Personnel security services for several locations of the ONTRAS Group ONTRAS Gastransport GmbH, as a supraregional long-distance gas transmission network operator, is planning to re-award the personnel security services. The scope of services comprises stationary and mobile patrol services in the federal states of Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, Thuringia and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. Stationary security services (SDL), each operating 24/7, are to be provided at the two properties in Leipzig (reception service, stationary patrol service and staffing of a control center) and in Sayda (reception service and stationary patrol service). Mobile SDL are to be provided at 12 properties, including mobile patrol and intervention services at seven, and only intervention services at the remaining five. The properties are monitored by the control center in Leipzig, which initiates measures in the event of an incident or initiates measures via the contractor’s emergency call and service control center (NSL). All services must be provided in accordance with the requirements of DIN 77200-1:2022-10, DIN 77200-2:2020-07 (here only section 7) and VdS Guideline 2172-01:2025-10. The contractor must have an NSL certified in accordance with VdS Guideline 3138-1 or an alarm receiving center (AES) certified in accordance with DIN EN 50518. Procedure: neg-w-call.
