Framework agreements for the provision and operation of an awareness platform together with supplementary services The State of Saarland and the special-purpose association Electronic Administration in Saarland (eGo-Saar) intend to award framework agreements for the provision and operation of an awareness platform together with supplementary services. The awareness platform is intended to increase employees’ awareness of information security and the risks of external cyberattacks. The platform is to consist of the e-learning and phishing simulation modules and be provided as a SaaS solution. Using the associated reporting/analytics, data-driven measures tailored to the target groups are to be implemented and their success measured. The procurement procedure is being conducted by the Saarland IT Service Center (IT-DLZ) for both contracting authorities. Procedure: open. Estimated value: 1,155,000 EUR.
