A Managed Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cisco Security Enterprise Agreement are to be procured. The subject of this procedure is the provision of a Managed Security Operations Center (hereinafter "Managed SOC") as a service, including the provision, renewal, and maintenance of required software licenses. The scope of licenses to be procured is set out conclusively in the quantity structure in the specifications. This is a mixed contract comprising service and supply components. The license component is functionally assigned to this service. The purpose of the procedure is to ensure continuous security operations (24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Sundays and public holidays) with defined response and resolution times.
