In this procurement unit (VE 10), general instrumentation and control technology is being put out to tender. Instrumentation and control components supplied by the equipment suppliers, such as belt thickener control cabinets and pFM system control cabinets, must be taken into account. The conversion of the instrumentation and control technology will be carried out during ongoing operation in parallel with the dismantling of the flotation units. Before the mechanical equipment is dismantled, the instrumentation and control technology (in particular cables) must be dismantled; existing cables that are required will be extended and temporarily routed. In future, excess sludge extraction will be implemented centrally via two rotary lobe pumps and one standby pump; the outgoing circuits with frequency converters must be retrofitted in distribution board A75. Belt thickener 15 and pFM systems 13 (including the temporary installation) will each receive their own sub-distribution boards supplied by the equipment supplier, including cabling to drives and measuring points.
