Opportunity description

(1) From 01.01.2027, the subject matter of the contract is the (final) disposal of the following waste o Lot 1 waste wood AI, AII and AIII, o Lot 2 waste wood AIV, o Lot 3 waste oil, o Lot 4 used tires, o Lot 5 gypsum-based construction materials, o Lot 6 soil and stones + construction rubble, o Lot 7 mixed plastics, o Lot 8 hospital-specific waste, o Lot 9 street sweepings, as well as the o acceptance of waste at at least one acceptance point, (pre-)treatment facility or disposal facility to be provided and operated by the contractor during the term of the contract, o weighing (with documentation) of the accepted waste and o where applicable, onward transport (including delivery to a disposal facility or facilities, where applicable) (2) Delivery to the first acceptance point of the waste quantities for Lots 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 will be organized by the contracting authority. (3) In the case of Lot 8, delivery will be organized by the points of generation (hospitals or similar) or their agents and is not part of the subject matter of the contract. (4) By way of derogation from paragraph 1, for the waste fraction waste oil (Lot 3), collection from the recycling centers/waste acceptance points operated by the contracting authority must additionally be organized by the contractor.
