Waldbrunn "Conversion and Renovation of the Klosterhof" - Drywall Work The work described below comprises: Work in the former residential building: Ground floor: GKBI drywall partitions and wall linings in the WC and kitchen area 1st and 2nd upper floors (new lunchtime care facility): Acoustic ceilings on timber-beam ceilings and sloped roof Work in the former barn: Ground floor: GKBI drywall partitions and wall linings in the WC area 2nd upper floor: Interior cladding with GK drywall boards on timber-frame walls of "wooden boxes" provided by the client, consisting of timber-frame walls clad with OSB The installation is to be priced inclusive of all necessary connection elements and fasteners, even if these have not been listed in full and have only been mentioned in general terms. The contractor must independently inspect the substrate and the structural conditions. If there are concerns regarding the work steps and specifications listed in the bill of quantities, these must be communicated immediately in writing. (see VOB, Part B). Procedure: open.
