Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Campus Virchow-Klinikum (CVK), Augustenburger Platz 1, 13353, is tendering the following construction work for the new building of the German Heart Center of Charité, including the ZNA and ZSVA, at CVK: → Access control (construction logistics provider including containers, construction site passes, IT system and documentation, barriers, turnstiles) → Updating the construction logistics manual → Logistics planning, updating the construction phase plans → Provision of security personnel → Camera towers → Logistics and traffic control (online notification system) → Material logistics → Signage (traffic and escape-route signage) → Construction hoists I Operation of construction hoists → Disposal logistics/recycling center (drop-off system/collection system) → Maintenance of material and storage areas → Creation of non-structural temporary construction states/winter construction measures → Vehicle fleet (wheel loaders, etc.) → Construction site security; construction locking systems → Rough construction cleaning / winter maintenance → Organization of the construction-site perimeter areas of the DHZC construction site (construction fence) and “Nordufer” road Separate requirements apply pursuant to the Berlin Tendering and Procurement Act (BerlAVG); see procurement documents.
