Opportunity description
Since summer 2021, the ensemble of the former artists’ colony on Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt has been recognized as a UNESO World Heritage Site. As a place of welcome for visitors to Mathildenhöhe and to communicate the historical significance of the site, the City of Science Darmstadt will construct an information center. The formally minimalist new building, in the form of a stacked glass pavilion, will be positioned in the green space on the eastern slope of Mathildenhöhe. In its orientation, the planned building follows the alignment of the exhibition building and forms a new center within the historic building ensemble. The new building, with 3 upper floors on a footprint of approximately 20x20 m, will be constructed using solid reinforced-concrete construction with shallow foundations. In keeping with the design concept, the façades will be fitted with large-area glazing. The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision and maintenance of a construction site setup with construction fencing systems, construction site container facilities, and sanitary container facilities. - Provision and maintenance of a construction site setup with construction fencing systems, construction site container facilities, and sanitary container facilities Procedure: open.
