Site setup. The construction of a new residential building complex with 5 above-ground floors and 1 basement level is planned on the construction site. A block-like, horseshoe-shaped structure, open toward the northwest, consists of residential buildings arranged in an elongated configuration. Three attached courtyard buildings, each with 4 upper floors, are located toward the inner courtyard. On the ground floor of the structure, there is in part a connection between the courtyard and the outdoor area. The building complex is planned to include 5 elevators and 5 stairwells, some of which are external. The nearly square structure measures approximately 101.25 x 105.00 m along its sides. The inner courtyard is planned with a functional layout and landscaping. The following uses are planned for the building complex: 226 apartments, 1 shared residential facility with 2 units for persons in need of care, 1 common room, technical rooms, as well as bicycle and storage rooms.
