Supply of a material handler. With the present invitation to tender, the contracting authority intends to procure a material handler for the recycling station in Bremen-Osterholz, An Krietes Park, 28307 Bremen, in order to pre-compact the delivered waste on site. This serves to make full use of the volume of the transport containers. The material handler is to be either rented or purchased. In the event of a purchase, the material handler may be financed through a leasing bank. The minimum rental period is to be 6 years. The rental period may be extended by 2 years, with the excavator then being extended by one year at a time. The maximum rental period is therefore 8 years. The purchase of the excavator, financing through a leasing bank, and the duration will still be reviewed separately. The material handler is expected to be used for approximately 600 operating hours per year. Procedure: open.
