Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement is the design, development and operation of an organizer- and user-based RMV Combined Ticket System as Software as a Service (SaaS). The system is used to issue and manage public transport travel authorizations in connection with event and service tickets. In particular, it includes web access for RMV administrators, a web app and suitable interfaces for connecting organizers and ticketing service providers. The RMV Combined Ticket must be provided as a mobile HandyTicket, HandyTicket Wallet and Print@Home ticket. Users must be able to retrieve a successfully issued RMV Combined Ticket in all three ticket formats and use it as a valid travel authorization. Issuance must be possible both through direct retrieval by the organizer and through personalization and activation by the user. In addition, a procedure must be provided for supplying and distributing event codes without a direct interface connection. The system must support the user roles of user, organizer, ticketing service provider and RMV, with appropriate functions and permissions for each. In addition to technical implementation, the contractor will assume responsibility in particular for the secure, reliable and continuously available operation of the RMV Combined Ticket System, including the associated services.
