TRANSITION FROM SAP ERP HCM TO SAP HCM FOR S/4HANA (H4S4) AND REPLACEMENT OF SAP BTP NEO The objective of the project is the complete transition of the existing SAP HCM landscape to SAP H4S4 as a brownfield upgrade. This includes retaining all required data, customizing settings, custom developments, forms, workflows and interfaces, as well as migrating the ESS/MSS applications to SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. Productive use of the target architecture must begin no later than 31.12.2027. The project is expressly designed as a transition project and not as a transformation project. Based on the findings obtained in the preliminary project, MDC assumes that the existing HR processes and master data structures can generally be retained. A fundamental functional redesign or optimization of the existing business processes is therefore not part of the project. Procedure: neg-w-call.
