Opportunity description

The software products from the manufacturer Opentext / NetIQ currently in use at WDR are covered by maintenance/subscription under a Volume License Agreement until 31.08.2026. For the following products, WDR will commission the software listed in the procurement documents, including software maintenance, to the extent specified below, for the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.08.2028 (24 months): - OpenText Identity Manager Identity Management Administration per Managed Identity (IDM Advanced Edition) (SP-AB562) -Prime Protect - Identity Management (SU-AB508) For this purpose, at the beginning of the contract to be concluded here, the manufacturer will convert the licenses SP-AB504 (old license type), described in Chapter 6.1, into the licenses SP-AB562 and SU-AB508 (new license type). With the conversion to the new SP-AB562/SU-AB508 license type, the SP-AE075 license type can be discontinued. The description of the requested services can be found in Chapter 7.
