Opportunity description

BWI is considering concluding a framework agreement with an economic operator for the temporary provision (subscription) of digital whiteboarding software, as well as its maintenance, support, and the provision of software-related contractual services (implementation services (product enablement), customization, and user training services), by means of an open procedure pursuant to Section 14(2) VgV. The contract will be concluded for a maximum term of four years. The whiteboarding solution is being procured for digital, interactive, and collaborative teamwork and is intended to be operated on-premise within BWI. The software is intended to be a web-based platform that supports both local and distributed teams and enables seamless integration into existing collaboration solutions, such as videoconferencing solutions, via interfaces.
