Opportunity description
Temporary provision, including usage rights, provisioning, hosting and operation of CAFM software as a cloud service (Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)), including maintenance and support services, exit services, reporting obligations, preparation of concepts. The core objective of the CAFM software procurement is the temporary provision of CAFM software as a cloud service (Software-as-a-Service, SaaS), including: o Usage rights o Provisioning (provision) o Hosting and operation o Provision of maintenance and support services o Exit services upon contract termination o Ensuring reporting obligations to the BA o Preparation of concepts / documentation. The CAFM software is intended to support the management, monitoring and documentation of all facility management processes. The aim is to use modern CAFM software to create transparency, standardize and automate processes, and increase efficiency in the management of buildings, facilities and spaces. It must be taken into account that, in addition to BA employees, external planners / architects / framework agreement partners (e.g. cleaning service providers) also access the systems. In particular, the standard CAFM software must be able to map the following business capabilities of infrastructure management in accordance with the GEFMA standard (German Facility Management Association e.V.) as a standardized cloud solution (Software-as-a-Service) and be adaptable primarily by means of configuration to the needs of the BA, which include the following: • Planning and management • Construction project management • Lease management • Building management • Workplace management. The software to be put out to tender must be integrable into the BA's existing software landscape; fundamentally, the standardized cloud solution must therefore have the capability to interface with SAP (including the S/4HANA real estate management module), ServiceNow and other procedures via standardized interfaces. Further details can be found in the specifications. Procedure: neg-w-call. Review the original TED notice for the complete requirement, lots, amendments and attachments.
