Opportunity description

The subject of the procurement is the procurement of the required licenses as well as the introduction, configuration and maintenance of standard software (including technical and optional user support) for the determination procedure pursuant to SGB IX and the granting of disability markers, including the issuance of identification cards in accordance with the Severely Disabled Persons’ Identification Card Ordinance, which is intended for use at the State Office for Social Affairs, Youth and Health of Saxony-Anhalt. The contractor’s services include initial setup with the hosting provider, legacy data migration, adaptation of the standard software to the specific requirements of the LAS, planning, organization and evaluation of the tests, commissioning of the production system with the hosting provider following acceptance, rectification of errors after acceptance during the initial phase, as well as software maintenance with an incident hotline, updating and adaptation to the latest applicable statutory regulations and new operating system versions, and coordinated further development based on institutionalized governance by the authorities using the software.
