The contract has been awarded! 1.1 Initial situation Neuruppiner Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH is seeking a new ERP system for the comprehensive management of its approximately 5,000 owned economic units. It is to be a standard software product for the housing industry. The rental units are all located in the Fontane city of Neuruppin. Our company currently has 55 employees. The number of employees is trending upward, and a long-term maximum of 100 employees is anticipated. The company currently uses the Wowinex ERP system. 1.2 Objective of the call for tenders The objective is to introduce a future-proof, integrated standard ERP software solution for the housing industry. A powerful system platform is to efficiently support and represent all key business processes—particularly in the areas of property portfolio management, leasing, accounting, operating cost settlement, maintenance, contract management, and reporting—with as few media discontinuities as possible. The central ERP platform is to allow the integration of specialized solutions, offer a modern user interface, and enable mobile use. 1.3 Project objectives With this project, Neuruppiner Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH aims to ensure future viability, achieve efficiency gains, and optimize process workflows.
