DVZ Datenverarbeitungszentrum Mecklenburg-Vorpommern GmbH (contracting authority) intends to conclude a framework agreement with Zentrum für Digitale Souveränität der Öffentlichen Verwaltung GmbH (contractor), under which the temporary provision of software (openDesk Enterprise Edition), together with maintenance and support, can be called off. The contractor provides the contracting authority with subscription licenses for openDesk Enterprise Edition for on-premises operation (self-hosted).
