The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the temporary provision of the "Figma" software together with the associated maintenance. The maximum contract volume (maximum quantity) of the framework agreement is: - 1,300 Figma Full licenses - 2,600 Figma Dev licenses and - 5,200 Figma Collab licenses. The term of the framework agreement is 24 months with two options to extend it by 12 months each. This results in a maximum total term, including options, of 48 months. Procedure: open.
