Germany – Software package and information systems – Framework agreement (FA) for the procurement and maintenance of Veeam licenses and products

Opportunity description

The subject of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of a framework agreement without any call-off obligation for the procurement and maintenance of time-limited Veeam licenses and products, including the upgrade and renewal of old existing licenses. The framework agreement serves the central procurement of requirements that are uncertain in quantity and cannot be conclusively determined in scope, but recur regularly. The types of procurement likely to be required may include the following licenses and products from the manufacturer Veeam: - Veeam Kasten licenses - Node-based subscription license - Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 - Veeam Data Cloud - as well as all other products from Veeam not listed above and future products The tenderer must provide fixed discount rates for new business, for example for expansions involving additional VUL packages, and a discount amounting to a discount rate on the respective valid list price for subscription terms of 1, 2, 3, 4 years. Contract extensions and existing licenses (renewals) are excluded from the aforementioned discount arrangements. For these, only the special conditions granted by the manufacturer in each case apply. The contract volume for the total sum of all individual orders (call-offs) during the entire contract term, including extension, is limited to EUR 5 million net.
