Room booking program for desk sharing It is intended to introduce software for workplace and room booking in the desk-sharing areas of the Chemnitz city administration. The system is intended to support flexible configuration of bookable resources (workplaces, consultation rooms, and possibly vehicles). This is intended not only to be booking software but also to optimize workspaces; accordingly, an analysis function is also to be made available. In total, approximately 1,800 resource-based licenses are required, which can be used by a total of approximately 5,000 users. Initially, approximately 420 licenses are required for the rollout in the first departments with desk sharing. Over the next few years (until approximately 2030), a further approximately 1,380 licenses will then be required.
