Subject matter of the procurement: A measurement trailer from JENOPTIK Robot GmbH is being procured for mobile speed monitoring. Technical requirements: high measurement precision with documentation admissible in court, reliable differentiation between passenger cars and trucks, as well as seamless integration into the existing IT infrastructure and evaluation software; monitoring two directions of travel simultaneously with only a single system setup Choice of procedure: The choice of the negotiated procedure without a call for competition is based on Section 14(4) VgV. The system has the unique technical feature of simultaneously monitoring two directions of travel with only one setup. In addition, compatibility with the extensive existing JENOPTIK system landscape (infrastructure, evaluation software, personnel processes) is mandatory. A system change is technically and economically unreasonable. Standstill period: The contract will be concluded (awarded) no earlier than after the expiry of 10 calendar days, calculated from the day following the publication of this notice, in order to comply with the requirements of Section 135(3) GWB.
