- preparatory planning for semi-precast elements, components made of watertight concrete, structural calculations for falsework; - approx. 160 m of edge protection, assembly/disassembly, covers for openings as safety measures; - construct approx. 1,660 m3 of excavations for lean-concrete strips; - rework and compact approx. 2,165 m2 of gravel layer provided by the client; - approx. 545 m of lean-concrete strips made of C12/15; - approx. 545 m of reinforced-concrete strip foundations; - construct approx. 2,450 m2 floor slab made of watertight concrete C 30/37 on a filter layer, blinding layer, perimeter insulation and lean-concrete protective layer; - 1 HA pit made of watertight concrete; - approx. 2,500 m2 fresh-concrete composite waterproofing system on the floor slab and foundation sides; - approx. 1,900 m of construction joints in concrete components; - approx. 2,070 m2 of walls made of twin-wall panels, with infill concrete; - approx. 350 m2 of precast floor slabs with concrete topping; - penetrations and core drilling in concrete components; - approx. 200 tonnes of reinforcing steel, diameter 6 to 32 mm; - approx. 450 m of horizontal waterproofing beneath walls made of twin-wall panels; for further details, see the bill of quantities Procedure: open.
