Opportunity description
Supply of a total of approximately 67.6 GWh of useful heat for the purpose of pool heating, drinking water heating and space heating in 4 indoor swimming pools of the City of Freiburg i. Br. from 1.1.2027 to 31.12.2041 Accordingly, the subject of the present invitation to tender is the supply of a total of approximately 67.6 GWh of useful heat for the purpose of pool heating, drinking water heating and space heating in 4 indoor swimming pools of the City of Freiburg i. Br. (Westbad, Haslacher Bad, Faulerbad and Lehener Bad) from 1.1.2027 within a contract term of 15 years until 31.12.2041 in sufficient quantity, temperature, capacity and ecological quality. The heat supply will begin in 2027 with the continued operation of the existing gas condensing boiler systems. The technical system concept for the heat supply that is then to be transformed is technology-neutral. In addition to economic quality, improving the ecological quality of the energy supply to the indoor swimming pools is the primary focus of the future heat supply. The heat supplies offered will therefore be evaluated on the basis of price, as well as the CO2 emission factor according to AGFW FW309-6, which, after an adequate transformation phase, must not exceed the value of 160.0 gCO2/kWh in any of the swimming pools. Furthermore, after an adequate transformation phase, the energy source index according to AGFW FW309-5 must not fall below the value of 0.70 in any of the swimming pools. Procedure: open.
