Opportunity description

The Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB), Friedrich-Ebert-Allee 114-116, 53113 Bonn, intends, as part of an open procedure pursuant to Section 15 VGV, to conclude a framework agreement with a service provider for the shipping and storage of print materials. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1: National Agency - Storage and distribution of print products Lot 2: Work Area 2.6 - Storage and distribution of print products and establishment and maintenance of a web shop The NA at BIBB distributes publications via the shopping carts on its websites www.na-bibb.de and www.ausbildung-weltweit.de, where interested citizens can order them free of charge. These are publications on the European education programme Erasmus+ and print materials from the projects based at the NA at BIBB (currently: Europass, NKS Agenda for Adult Education, EPALE and SAW). Further information about the NA at BIBB can be found at: https://www.na-bibb.de/ueber-uns/ The NA at BIBB is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. Approximately 84 existing items comprising print materials in a wide variety of formats and print runs, as well as giveaways, must be stored centrally, inventoried and shipped upon order. Regular mailing campaigns are also planned. Shipping is within Germany. Additional items may be added. AB 2.6 distributes publications via the shopping cart on its website https://www.bibb.de/dienst/veroeffentlichungen/de/ (AB 2.6), where interested citizens can order them free of charge. These are publications on nursing professions and nursing training. Further information about AB 2.6 can be found at www.bibb.de/pflege. Approximately 20 (AB 2.6) print materials in a wide variety of formats and print runs must be stored centrally, inventoried and shipped upon order. Shipping is within Germany.
